The registration platform for FORTMED 2015 International Conference is now open. The registration process is based on three steps:
1 – Pre-registration
Access the online registration form you will find below. Once completed receive an e-mail confirming that we have successfully completed our pre-registration.
In the next 2-5 days you will receive an email with payment instructions and invoice, if you have requested it. If you have not received, check folder spam, and if it is not in that folder, please contact the Technical Secretariat: email@example.com.
3- Payment Confirmation
After receiving the money for University (transfer or card payment) will receive a receipt by email.
Registration fees includes:
– Attendance to the conference sessions (keynote, oral presentations, roundtable,..).
– Guided tour on Saturday October 17, 2015.
– Book with ISBN of the conference proceedings.
– Official certificate of conference attendance.
– Official certificate of oral presentation, if any.
– Official certificate of the award, if any.
– Coffee breaks, and lunches on 15th and 16th October 2015.
Note: A limited number of discounted registrations are available for participants from developing countries who can demonstrate need. Please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to apply with an explanation of your need, before Jan 30, 2015.
It is possible request a refund of the registration Fortmed 2015. To receive a refund, FORTMED 2015 secretariat must receive written (e-mail email@example.com) requests before 15th juny 2015. Requests for refunds received later will not be eligible for a refund.
